Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. All cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in a written form.
2. All refund will be made after the congresss for administrative reasons and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. The cutoff dates for cancellation are:

Cancellation from January 1, 2009 No refund
